We currently deliver across India. For international shipping inquiries, please contact our support team before placing your order.
1.2 Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- During festive seasons or special sales, processing may take slightly longer.
1.3 Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days.
- Other Locations: 5–8 business days.
- Remote Areas: Delivery time may vary depending on courier availability.
1.4 Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹999.
- A flat shipping fee will apply for orders below this amount (displayed at checkout).
1.5 Tracking Orders
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email/SMS with your tracking ID to monitor your order’s status.
2. Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your Tharagai purchase! If there’s an issue, our returns are simple and fair.
2.1 Eligible Returns
- Products can be returned only if damaged or defective upon delivery.
- 360 degree unboxing video must (without cut / edit )
- Requests must be made within 12 hours of receiving the order.
2.2 Conditions for Return
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Include the invoice and all tags/labels.
- Customized or personalized items (e.g., tailored sarees) are non-returnable.
2.3 Exchange Option
- Eligible products can be exchanged for the same item or another item of equal value.
- Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.
2.4 Refund Process
- Once approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
3. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a wrong or damaged product:
- Email us at care@mytharagai.com with your order ID, product photo, and issue description.
- We’ll arrange for a reverse pickup and process your replacement/refund.
